I liked the story because it was a Christian Romance and was free. Who doesn't like free? :D More than likely, if found, I would love to read more by her. The book though was kind of shallow and Ken the Dr. was way judgmental. If he had questions about her, he should have asked instead of assuming. I found this to also be one of Joan's problems concerning Ken. Ken is right in that dating a Christian is the way to go, but he showed why we as Christians should not judge. I was happy when Joan found a relationship with God and that He is our Father, and not going to abandon us. Overall, I found the book an enjoyable read, but not on the par of classics written by Janette Oke or Grace Livingston Hill.
